January of 2024, BTI teamed up with an organization from Denmark called Food for Ukraine. This organization specialized in getting food to people in small villages near the front lines of the war such as Kherson and Antonivka. Each bag was enough to feed a person for one month and BTI contributed 240 bags. Based in Odessa, the team from Denmark distributed the bags in person, often within range of enemy fire. The people in these villages we unable to receive support from their own country and had very little money to help themselves.

Food for Ukraine continues their work with the help of Danish Crown, a large food producer who has generously given tons of free meat for the cause. This meat is now in a warehouse in Odessa and our organizations are working together to provide the food items provide the rest of the items for the people.
